He was born in Ankara. He graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Dentistry in 1990. He completed his Master's Degree in Hospital and Health Institutions Management at Beykent University in 2011. He started his duty at Bursa Oral and Dental Health Hospital in 2000. Since 2010, he took charge in the Administrative levels of the Hospital. He is still working as a Chief Physician at Bursa Oral and Dental Health Training and Research Hospital. He is married and has two children.
